Position Summary: Two exciting opportunities have arisen for People Advisors to join the team in Bristol and the team in Inchinnan. As a People Advisor, you will support Business Leaders in the delivery of HR processes and policies around Performance Management, Capability, Managing Sickness Absence, and informal resolution. You will use several tools to support you in the role such as Company Policies, Workday and Empactis. You will be required to upskill people leaders, support and guide people leaders in all relevant processes and provide the business regular insights, trend analysis and drive compliance to process and improvement activities.
What you will be doing:
- Support people Leaders with Managing sickness absence, driving compliance to process and reducing absence levels
- Support people leaders in driving performance management and improving business output
- Support people leaders with conflict issues and driving a speedy resolution
- Train, support, and guide leaders in all aspects of Case Management
- Produce Trends and Analysing data for all Business area on various Employee Relation aspects
- Responsible for identifying lessons learnt on all processes and identifying and implementing improvements
- Driving compliance and continuous improvement in all relevant policies, procedures and practice
- Identify legal challenges and resolutions
- Identify policy and procedure changes based on legal updates
Position qualifications:
- Degree qualified in a Business or HR Discipline or equivalent experience
- Case Management experience
- Experience in managing sickness absence, performance management, and conflict issues through the process
- Articulate, numerate with the ability to manipulate, and present data as required
- Comfortable around key tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Good working knowledge of HR processes and the relevant IT systems to support those processes, Workday would be an advantage
- Well-developed customer and relationship management skill set
- Ability to influence people leaders effectively in a business environment
- Problem solving approach to process improvement
