Job Overview
You will lead the development and execution of the change communications strategy and approach for the Procurement and Supply Chain function, delivering impactful communications with consistency and clarity. This role reports to the Director of Procurement & Supply Chain Transformation and Excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of change and communications plans, ensuring aligned messaging.
- Deliver all key elements of the internal change communications strategy.
- Craft communication plans and messaging sentiment.
- Draft key artifacts and curate content.
Qualifications
- Background and extensive experience leading significant change management communications projects and programmes.
- Expertise in the use of internal communications, change management tools, channels and processes.
- Experience managing complex projects across large‑scale organisations.
- Experience influencing multiple stakeholders at all levels and adept at resolving issues.
- Strong understanding of digital tools for internal communications and awareness of the internal employee environment and sentiment.
