An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Case Manager to join the team in the UK. Provide specialist advice to Senior Leaders in HR and the business on all aspects of case management, support the case team with managing cases and expert advice, and support the management of Early Conciliation and Tribunal Claims, including representing the company at tribunal hearings.
What you will be doing:
- Conduct investigations and support disciplinary hearings under the Disciplinary Procedure, and support People Leaders with Grievances raised by Employees.
- Support people leaders with conflict issues and drive a speedy resolution.
- Help manage the end-to-end process for tribunal claims and requirements for early conciliation.
- Train, support, and guide leaders in all aspects of Case Management.
- Produce trends and analyse data for all Business area on various Employee Relation aspects.
- Identify lessons learnt on all processes and identify and implement improvements.
- Drive compliance and continuous improvement in all relevant policies, procedures, and practice.
- Identify legal challenges and resolutions.
- Identify policy and procedure changes based on legal updates.
Position qualifications:
- Degree qualified in a Business or HR Discipline or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in managing tribunal claims, discipline, grievance, and conflict issues through the process.
- Case Management experience.
Preferred requirements:
- Articulate, numerate with the ability to manipulate, and present data as required.
- Comfortable around key tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Good working knowledge of HR processes and the relevant IT systems to support those processes; Workday would be an advantage.
- Well-developed customer and relationship management skill set.
- Ability to influence people leaders effectively in a business environment.
- Problem solving approach to process improvement.
