We are looking for a Strategic Buyer for a 12‑month contract based in Derby on behalf of Rolls‑Royce who develop cutting‑edge technologies that deliver clean, safe and competitive solutions to meet the planet’s vital power needs. Please note this position is going to be hybrid .

Job description – the role :

In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the forefront of managing the contracts to ensure a high performing supply chain which is vital to our business performance and overall success and selecting top-tier suppliers.

As a Strategic Buyer, your primary responsibilities will include :

• Consolidate information
• Provide a presentation pack to vendors
• Collate questions from vendors
• Interpretate information back to Rolls‑Royce
