Our Contingent Workforce Solution (CWS) acts as an extension of Rolls-Royce's recruitment team, providing professional interim and temporary resources.

We are looking for a Process Operator for a 12-month contract based in Ansty, Coventry on behalf of Rolls-Royce, who develop cutting-edge technologies that deliver clean, safe and competitive solutions to meet the planet's vital power needs.

Please note this role is going to be on a 3 shift rotating pattern that will include mornings, afternoons and nights.

Job description - the role:

Purpose of the role: The role involves the process of fan case components and associated sub-components through Bonding Valuestream across multiple processes including paint spraying, internal panel bonding, void filling and Kevlar wrapping. You will be working in an established team to maintain quality, flow rate and customer deliveries.
