Radiologist
for a
12-month
contract based in
Bristol
on behalf of Rolls-Royce who develop cutting-edge technologies that deliver clean, safe and competitive solutions to meet the planets vital power needs. Please note the this role is going to be on a rotating shift pattern (mornings, afternoon and nights). As a Radiologist, you will be responsible for carrying out non-destructive X-ray examinations of aerospace components in line with approved techniques and technical documentation, helping to ensure products meet quality and compliance requirements. You will maintain accurate records and ensure full traceability across both paper-based and digital systems.
As a Radiologist you will: Report to the NDE Production Leader. Prioritise workload in line with the customers requirements. Interpretate and evaluate of indications. Complete inspection documentation as necessary including raising failed inspection and correction documentation operation of the Shop Floor Data Manager work booking system. Record work details and non-conformance, checking efficiency of the process. Work to the relevant Quality & Health, Safety & Environmental Procedures Undertake basic housekeeping tasks, including 5s activity. Involvement in Process Improvement activity.
What we require for the Radiologist position: Level 2 Radiographer (preferred but not essential) Aerospace experience in other Non-Destructive Testing Technique Good organisation and written communication skills Computer literate will be required to use various software applications. Team player with the energy and drive to succeed Ability to identify and implement process improvements Customer, Quality and Delivery focused
