We are looking for a Global Mobility Co-ordinator for a 12–month contract based in Derby. Hybrid working model 1-2 days per week on site.
Job Description – The Role
Global Mobility assists with moving employees compliantly from one Country to another, this includes undertaking an international assignment, relocating permanently in another country, or travelling on business. This role is to assist the SMEs management dealing with of all internationally mobile employees supported by Global Mobility by providing assistance to the business and individuals and also partnering with external service providers to deliver a seamless end to end service of all aspects of the relevant move.
As a Global Mobility Co-ordinator, the key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Providing support and to collaborate with SMEs in the wider Global Mobility team.
- Responsibility for managing a shared mailbox and ServiceNow, ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Responding to routine queries and support SMEs where required.
- Identifying areas for process improvements and implement these.
- Initiating assignment cases with external suppliers.
- Reviewing and approving expense claims to ensure they are within policy.
- Reviewing and approving invoices from external suppliers.
What we require from the candidate:
Microsoft Office Suite and HR related systems knowledge.
Excellent administration skills.
Strong communication skills.
Culture Awareness as the role will be working with UK and Overseas employees.
Ability to work within a team environment.
Organisational skills.
