Due to a number of exciting change and transformational activities across the Rolls-Royce business we are now seeking to add a number of Thermofluids Engineers.

The Thermofluids Engineerswill be based in Bristol or Derby Youll be responsible for: Define system, sub-system and component requirements for thermofluidic, temperature and thermo-mechanical analysis.

Develop and evaluate concepts using analytical methods to support system-level design trades and architecture selection.

Perform modelling, simulation and verification at component and system level across the product lifecycle.

Plan and conduct validation activities including test specification, model calibration and uncertainty quantification.

To be successful in this role you will need to: Hold a Bachelors degree or higher (or regional equivalent) in Engineering or a related discipline.

Apply logical, analytical and innovative thinking to solve complex engineering problems.

Demonstrate proactive ownership, high self-motivation, and strong customer focus.

Communicate effectively and collaborate confidently with peers and technical leaders.

Ideally have experience in thermal, mechanical, or fluid systems, and be working toward Chartered status with a relevant professional body.
