On behalf of our globally respected client who develop cutting-edge technologies that deliver clean, safe and competitive solutions to meet the planet's vital power needs, we are looking for a number of Reward Analysts for a 6 month contract based in Derby, hybrid (3 days onsite per week).
Purpose of the role: We are looking for additional support within the GBS People Services Reward Operations team during a busy and exciting period to ensure our reward programmes run smoothly and effectively across the globe. This is a fantastic opportunity to see how we work behind the scenes within the world of Reward and Recognition.
What you'll do:
- You will be helping support the operational delivery of reward processes including salary reviews and annual incentive plans.
- Ensure accurate and timely data management across HR and payroll systems.
- Support cyclical reward activities and reporting, including audits and compliance checks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve reward-related workflows and service delivery.
- Maintain documentation and process guides to ensure consistency and clarity.
The skills you'll need:
- Previous experience in Pay Awards, Bonus and Reward data.
- Ability to analyse and interpret data.
- Experienced working with large data sets.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong Excel skills and keen interest in data.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A collaborative mindset, commitment to continuous improvement, and willingness to learn fast.
