You will be part of a busy NDT department, processing various components for the manufacturing of valves and pumps, ensuring compliance to NDT procedures.

As an NDT Inspector, you will be:

  • Inspecting components with the use of Penetrant Testing and Magnetic Particle.
  • Involved in the testing of high integrity components through all stages of life.
  • Operating as part of a close-knit team with technical excellence and customer satisfaction high on the agenda, using a mixture of bespoke and standard NDE equipment.

With quality paramount to the success of our business, you will be required to demonstrate compliance to relevant company, national, and international standards to a level beyond reproach.

What we require from the NDT Inspector:

We are looking to recruit at all levels, and the ideal candidate will have experience in the field of NDT with past or current NDT approvals. Ideally, this experience will have been gained in a relevant industry, such as Aerospace, where high levels of reliability and integrity are required. You will ideally possess a high level of education in Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM). Professional qualifications in NDT are highly beneficial (e.g. PCN, SNT, ASNT, EN4179, NAS410), with the ideal candidate qualified in PT and MT techniques.

We also believe for the right candidate, this may be an ideal opportunity for someone not currently in NDT, to enter the field through the training programme to gain the necessary qualifications. A demonstrable ability to work in a highly technical environment, in a multidisciplinary team and with the ability to work to deadlines is required.
