Our Contingent Workforce Solution (CWS) acts as an extension of Rolls-Royce's recruitment team, providing professional interim and temporary resources.

A number of outstanding opportunities have arisen for contract positions within our Engineering Overhaul Services business in Derby. We are looking for Sprayers and Maskers to mask, paint spray, and metal spray a variety of aerospace components, including:

  • nose cones
  • fairings
  • shrouds
  • various cases

Additionally, the role involves the bonding and repairing of fan tracks and acoustic panels. The Sprayers and Maskers positions are available on a 12-month contract.
