Rolls-Royce Derby is seeking a Product Make Operator to join our HP Turbine Blade Machining Facility. You will deliver production blades in line with committed requirements and prescribed processes, contributing to Turbine Systems success while meeting customer expectations.
In this role you will support machine tools, manage cell workflow, inspect outputs, provide team leadership, and uphold high standards in a collaborative environment. Relocation is not offered; the site is onsite in Derby.
