By joining Rolls-Royce, you’ll have the opportunity to work on world-class solutions, supported by a culture that champions belonging, creativity, and your professional growth. **Key accountabilities:*** Carrying out machining inspection or NDT, inspection using various Inspection Techniques on a variety of Blades, Discs, Blisks and Drums* Work closely with support functions.* Ensuring safe working practices are adhered to at all times.* Maintaining high levels of 5s, Housekeeping and Asset care* You must be able to work a shift pattern which can consist of regular days, 2 shifts, 3-shifts or a 4 shift pattern depending on workload. Whilst most areas operate on a 3 shift basis, you have to be flexible to the business needs. **Qualifications and Experience:*** Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship/ NVQ Level 3 as a minimum.* Previous Inspection experience is preferred although full training will be given* Good Levels of numeracy and Literacy* Good eyesight* Being able to maintain Safe working practices* Ability to work independently or as part of a Team Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential Our vision is to ensure that the excellence and ingenuity that shaped our history continues into our future.
