Rolls-Royce Submarines seeks a Lead Planner to maintain schedules for the assigned work scope in line with the monthly planning cycle. You will create and manage Control Account Schedules (CAS) reflecting work to deliver customer or business requirements and act as SME for planning methodologies.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to capture project scope and develop PBS, WBS, SOW and BOE where needed, while pursuing schedule improvements and maintaining baseline baselines on time, cost.
