Position Summary: An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join the Team in Derby as Senior Finance Manager at TRT Limited. A role with incredible breadth, you will be responsible for the leadership of the Finance and Procurement functions within TRT. TRT is a 50% owned Joint Venture in conjunction with Chromalloy with a turnover of approximately £24m and around 180 employees operating across two units. TRT are a key supplier in the Civil Aftermarket, repairing turbine blades and nozzle guide vanes across all Large Engine types from the RB211‑535 to the Trent XWB. TRT also perform third party OE coating and repair work for turbines in an industrial application. They have recently acquired new cutting‑edge thermal barrier coating technology and expanded the factory footprint to support growth that is expected to double turnover over the next 5 years.
In your role as Head of Finance, you will have a key role in supporting the business through this growth, working closely with the TRT management team to support decision making across all areas of the business.
What you will be doing:
- Responsible for all aspects of financial reporting, forecasting, capex spend and cashflow management as well as leadership of the Procurement function in TRT.
- You will be expected to support the business through its current growth phase.
- Working as a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be involved in all aspects of the business, from strategy to day‑to‑day operations.
- Support the management team on all aspects of finance, helping to drive business performance.
Position Qualifications:
- Qualified Accountant with a recognised accounting body
- 5 years post qualification experience
- Demonstrate leadership through influence
