Rolls-Royce is seeking a Materials Engineer to join a global materials team with a hybrid work model (3 days in office).

You will provide technical materials guidance, lead TRL-stage technologies and assess how manufacturing affects material performance across civil large engine applications.

The role requires a degree in materials science/engineering (or equivalent) and strong analytical, communication, and collaborative skills to work with suppliers and internal teams.
