The Role: This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work. You'll lead and work on installations of kitchens, bathrooms, garage conversions, and structural refurbishments - making sure every job is finished to the highest standard. Carpentry and plumbing skills are essential, and you'll also guide your team and manage day-to-day site operations.

  • Carry out and oversee quality on-site work
  • Lead small teams, plan work schedules, and keep projects on track
  • Liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth progress
