Rolling Minds is an award-winning experiential agency specialising in food and beverage-led brand activations.

We create unforgettable experiences that bring brands to life through exceptional food, drink and live experiences.

From immersive product launches and large-scale festivals to conferences, VIP hospitality, roadshows, sampling campaigns and bespoke brand activations, we deliver experiences that people genuinely remember.

We've partnered with some of the world's biggest brands, combining creativity, flawless execution and operational excellence to deliver campaigns that leave a lasting impression.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an exceptional Business Director to help scale the agency, grow the team, develop long-term client relationships and play a key role in shaping the future of Rolling Minds.

The Opportunity

You'll work closely with our team to drive the growth of Rolling Minds, leading our marketing strategy, generating new business opportunities and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, brands and agency partners.

This is a marketing-first role, with opportunities to support the sales team and contribute to new business growth.

Success in the experiential industry is built on creativity, trust and genuine relationships.

It's about understanding what clients need, building a strong reputation and creating marketing and sales activity that delivers measurable commercial results.

We're an ambitious, fast-paced team that genuinely cares about the work we produce and the experiences we create.

We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, thrives in a collaborative, but busy, environment and wants to play a key role in the continued growth of the business.

This is a varied, hands-on role.

One day you'll be planning and delivering marketing campaigns, developing content and analysing performance throughout our organic and paid campaigns; the next you'll be identifying new business opportunities, meeting prospective clients, attending events, developing proposals with the wider team or supporting on-site brand activations.

No two days are ever the same.

As Rolling Minds continues to grow, you'll help shape our marketing and sales function, introducing new ideas, improving processes and identifying opportunities to increase brand awareness, generate leads and strengthen client relationships.

If you're commercially minded, proactive and excited by the opportunity to help grow one of the UK's most exciting experiential agencies, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a 12-month maternity cover position, starting in October/November 2026. The role is based at our London HQ in Notting Hill and is part-time, working 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver Rolling Minds' marketing and sales strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation and business growth.
  • Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, website content and digital advertising.
  • Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities across brands, agencies and strategic partners.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts, identifying opportunities to expand services and increase revenue.
  • Work closely with our creative and event delivery teams to develop innovative client solutions and winning pitch responses.
  • Manage the marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns, content and communications align with business objectives and key industry events.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on marketing and sales performance, using data and insights to continually optimise activity.
  • Represent Rolling Minds at networking events, industry exhibitions, client meetings and live activations to build relationships and generate new opportunities.
  • Identify emerging market trends, target sectors and partnership opportunities to support long-term business growth.
  • Help maintain and enhance the Rolling Minds brand across all customer touchpoints, ensuring consistent messaging and high-quality marketing output.
  • Support the implementation and ongoing management of CRM systems, sales pipelines and lead nurturing processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our marketing and sales function, introducing new ideas, processes and best practices as the business grows.

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about experiential marketing and thrives on building meaningful relationships, developing innovative marketing strategies and driving commercial growth.

You'll have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior marketing, business development or sales role within an experiential, events, creative or marketing agency, with a proven track record of generating leads, growing client accounts and delivering measurable business results.

You'll also have

  • Proven experience developing and delivering successful marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
