  • About Rolling Minds

Rolling Minds is an award‑winning experiential agency specialising in food and beverage‑led brand activations.

We create unforgettable experiences that bring brands to life through exceptional food, drink and live experiences.

From immersive product launches and large‑scale festivals to conferences, VIP hospitality, roadshows, sampling campaigns and bespoke brand activations, we deliver experiences that people genuinely remember.

We've partnered with some of the world's biggest brands, combining creativity, flawless execution and operational excellence to deliver campaigns that leave a lasting impression.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an exceptional Business Director to help scale the agency, grow the team, develop long‑term client relationships and play a key role in shaping the future of Rolling Minds.

The Opportunity

This isn't a corporate Business Director role. We're looking for someone who genuinely wants to help build something special.

You’ll work directly alongside our Founder, helping shape the commercial direction of the agency while leading new business, growing key accounts and developing long‑time partnerships with brands and agencies.

The experiential industry is built on relationships, trust and reputation - not transactional sales.

Success comes from understanding clients, nurturing relationships over time and consistently delivering exceptional work.

We're ambitious, fast‑paced and genuinely care about the work we produce.

We're looking for someone who enjoys being part of a close‑knit team and wants to help build an agency they're proud of.

This is a genuinely hands‑on role.

One day you’ll be pitching to a global brand, the next you’ll be attending an activation, introducing new prospects, developing proposals with the wider team or helping solve challenges on‑site.

No two days are ever the same.

As the agency grows, you’ll also play an important role in building and developing our commercial team, mentoring future hires and helping create a high‑performing sales function.

If you’re ambitious, entrepreneurial and excited by the opportunity to help build one of the UK's most exciting experiential agencies, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business opportunities across brands, agencies and strategic partners.
  • Build genuine, long‑term relationships that lead to repeat business and client advocacy.
  • Grow and nurture existing client accounts.
  • Lead pitches, proposals and commercial negotiations.
  • Collaborate closely with our creative and event management teams to develop winning ideas.
  • Support with ensuring the business is resourced effectively and hiring accordingly.
  • Represent Rolling Minds at networking events, industry events and client meetings.
  • Identify new sectors, partnerships and commercial opportunities.
  • Work alongside the Founder to shape the commercial strategy of the agency.
  • Attend key activations to strengthen client relationships and ensure exceptional delivery.
  • Help recruit, mentor and develop future members of the commercial team, including Business Development Executives and Sales Executives, as the agency grows.
  • Foster a high‑performance, collaborative culture across the commercial function.

About You

We're looking for someone who thrives on building relationships and has a genuine passion for experiential marketing.

You’ll have a minimum of 6 years’ experience working within an experiential, creative or events agency, with a proven track record of developing client relationships and winning new business.

You’ll also have

  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and leading pitches.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to roll your sleeves up.
  • A collaborative approach and desire to help build a growing agency.
  • Existing relationships within brands, agencies or the experiential industry would be highly advantageous.
  • Experience leading or mentoring commercial teams would be highly desirable.

Experience within food & beverage, hospitality or experiential marketing would be a significant advantage.
