We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team on a progressive 1300-hectare arable farm on the outskirts of the Lincolnshire Wolds. We pride ourselves on being a friendly, upbeat workforce where hard work is matched with good humour.
About Us
We are a family-run farming business operating a full fleet of modern machinery and continually investing in the latest technology and forward-thinking farming practices. Environmental stewardship is at the heart of what we do, and we are proud to have been finalists in the National Arable & Grassland Awards.
Apart from our arable enterprise, we run a large-scale compost production operation, producing around 1 million bags of high-quality, sustainable, peat-free compost each year, using crops grown on our own farm. This diversification means no two days are the same and provides a varied and engaging role.
Key Responsibilities
- Following and promoting high health & safety standards
- Maintenance, care, and operation of tractors and modern farm machinery
- Helping maintain and look after our fleet of the latest machinery and tractors
- Supporting day-to-day farm operations across arable and compost production
- Demonstrating a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
