Since opening in 2017, the college has developed a strong reputation for innovation, relational practice, and high expectations. In 2026, we proudly opened the first stage of our senior campusâmarking a significant milestone in our journey as one school across two campuses.
Following the promotion of our current associate principal, we are seeking an outstanding leader to join our team and help shape the ongoing development of our senior campus. This role sits at the heart of our leadership structure, working closely with the principal and senior leadership team to:
- Lead the operational and strategic development of the senior campus strengthening teaching and learning across Years 12â13
- Build a cohesive, valuesâdriven culture across both campuses
- Support staff growth through coaching, inquiry, and professional learning
- Enhance pathways through strong relationships with tertiary providers, industry, and community
We are looking for a leader who:
