ROLLER is not your average software-as-a-service company. With a global presence in over 30 countries, we aim to bring excitement to the leisure and attractions industry by providing seamless ticketing, point-of-sale, self-serve kiosks, memberships and digital waiver processes to help businesses run smoothly and create memorable guest experiences. We are a team of 300+ passionate, enthusiastic, and down-to-earth professionals working together to build something remarkable.

We are looking for an Experiences Manager to curate joyful, consistent, and high-quality in-person experiences across our London Hub. This role sits within the People and Culture team and helps bring ROLLER’s culture to life through workplace experience, onboarding, and community-building moments. This is not a traditional office manager role. It blends hands-on workplace operations at our Regional HQ with system-led, remote management of Non-HQ offices, alongside regional onboarding, cultural programming, and people experience.

You will take full ownership of the London office environment, ensuring it is welcoming, energising, and set up for people to do their best work. You will lead the first-week onboarding journey for new hires in EMEA, working closely with People and IT to ensure every new team member begins their ROLLER journey with clarity, confidence, and a sense of belonging. You will also plan and deliver cultural events and diversity and belonging initiatives, including mid-year and end-of-year celebrations, as well as a regular cadence of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging moments throughout the year.

As part of the People and Culture team, you will collaborate closely with IT, Finance, and other regional Experiences Managers to execute a globally consistent workplace experience, while sharing local insights and cultural nuances back into the broader model. This role is based in London and requires in-office attendance five days per week. It is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in reliable execution, and cares deeply about creating environments where people feel connected to each other and to ROLLER.

What You’ll Do

  • Create Joyful In-Office Experiences: Run the daily London office environment to a high standard, ensuring the space is functional, welcoming, and reflective of ROLLER’s culture and values. Design and deliver intentional moments that uplift the in-office experience, from weekly rituals to seasonal activities and team gatherings.
  • Lead Regional Onboarding: Own the first-week onboarding experience for new hires across the region. Partner with People and IT on hardware delivery, workspace setup, scheduling, and access to ensure a seamless first day. Design welcome moments that help new team members feel connected, prepared, and grounded in ROLLER’s culture.
  • Deliver Regional Cultural Events: Plan and execute cultural and community-building events, including mid-year and end-of-year celebrations and diversity and belonging initiatives. Partner with People and Culture to align events with company-wide programs and priorities. Manage event budgets and coordinate with Finance and vendors to deliver high-quality, well-run experiences.
  • Drive Workplace Operations: Own vendors, supplies, catering, space management, and day-to-day operational requirements for London. Coordinate facilities needs, maintenance, and service providers to ensure a polished and reliable workplace experience across all offices. Ensure workplace policies and safety requirements are clearly communicated and upheld.
  • Support Global Experience Standards: Execute global workplace experience standards consistently within your region. Collaborate with other regional Experiences Managers to maintain alignment and parity across offices. Share local insights and cultural nuances to help improve the global experience model over time.
  • Partner Cross-Functionally: Work closely with IT on equipment logistics, office technology, and hybrid meeting support. Partner with People and Culture on onboarding improvements, engagement initiatives, and employee experience programs. Act as the regional point of contact for office and experience-related needs, ensuring proactive communication and problem-solving.

About You

  • You bring experience in workplace operations, employee experience, hospitality, event management, or similar roles that blend operational execution with people-focused impact.
  • You take pride in creating welcoming environments and memorable moments that help people feel included, energised, and supported.
  • You have strong operational judgment and thrive in roles that require coordination across logistics, vendors, budgets, and multiple stakeholders.
  • You are proactive, organised, and comfortable managing several responsibilities without losing attention to detail.
  • You are motivated by helping others and naturally bring warmth, clarity, and care into your interactions.
  • You are confident working with technology and comfortable partnering with IT on hardware and onsite systems.
  • You are comfortable executing within established frameworks and global standards, and enjoy collaborating with peers to maintain consistency across locations.
  • You can manage both hands-on work at a primary office and system-led, remote support for additional offices.
  • You enjoy building structure, systems, and repeatable processes that improve team operations over time.
  • You thrive in environments where you can take ownership of execution, solve problems, and continuously improve the experience of those around you.
  • Experience in a SaaS or high-growth environment is helpful but not required.
