About the Role

We are seeking an experienced RVP of Sales who will drive the business's key revenue streams, including new customer acquisition and expansion of the existing customer base via a land and expand strategy. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will lead a team of Account Executives and ultimately be measured on the ACV growth. As the Director of Sales, you will manage some of our EMEA Account Executives to penetrate your focused geographic territory and segment to achieve revenue growth and market share.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop ROLLER’s Sales and Pipeline development strategies to ensure that we achieve our new customer acquisition and ACV targets.
  • Mentor, coach, and support the Account Executives optimizing the team to improve their ability to acquire new revenue and build pipeline.
  • Assist Account Executives where necessary to close opportunities, including being involved in the sales process for new business and partnering with the Customer Success organization to manage existing accounts to drive venue expansion.
  • Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management. Continually make and implement recommendations for optimization and ongoing growth.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new team members on the ROLLER sales process.
  • Present new business growth opportunities, particularly analysis on new “verticals” and geographies and the product or distribution-related investments required to unlock potential TAM.
  • Ability to scale sales organizations by designing effective business processes and partnering with technical resources to develop the supporting systems architecture.

About You

  • You bring deep expertise in building B2B SaaS sales strategies and can work collaboratively with the Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Services, and Marketing teams to execute new business sales targets.
  • You bring 5+ years of Sales Leadership experience, ideally in a SaaS business, managing sales budgets, conceiving and executing effective and efficient sales processes & methodologies to maximize customer acquisition.
  • You have been involved in scaling an organization from $20M to $100M+ in revenue and have previously developed highly effective and efficient sales teams.
  • You have experience growing the capabilities of your team.
  • A self‑starter with a bias for action, attention to detail, and a track record of delivering impact in fast‑paced environments.
  • You are a highly motivated & results‑driven leader who can create urgency and drive velocity in our sales cycle.
  • You have a track record of being able to influence decision‑making across all levels of a business without authority.
  • You have excellent written & verbal communication skills with an exceptional ability to build strong relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Experience using CRM and productivity tools like Salesforce, Gong, and GSuite.

  • Initial Call – Talent Acquisition: A brief conversation to discuss your experience and salary expectations.

  • CRO Interview + EQ/IQ Assessment: Meet our CRO to further explore the position and complete a short EQ/IQ assessment via our partner, Criteria.
  • Panel Interviews: Connect with various ROLLER team members for a cultural and vibe alignment check.
  • Onsite Presentation: Visit our office to present your 3/6/12 month plan. We’ll support your prep with two coaching sessions from our Account Executive team.
  • CEO Interview: Final vibe check with our CEO, Luke Finn.
  • Offer: If all lights are green and the fit feels right, we’ll conduct reference checks and you’ll receive an offer to join!
