We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and tech-savvy IT Officer to join us at our London office (with flexibility to work from home 1 day a week). In this hands-on role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting our fast-growing team and the technology that powers ROLLER’s global operations. As the first line of IT support, you’ll ensure our internal systems run smoothly, secure our tech infrastructure, and enable teams across the business, from Engineering, Product, Finance, and Sales, to thrive.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as the first point of contact for employees needing ICT support in the region
- Respond to and resolve (or elevate) service desk tickets in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain and enhance a preventative maintenance schedule to reduce downtime
- Build and update a comprehensive knowledge base to reduce repeat issues and empower self-service
- Troubleshoot and assist with any technical issues related to hardware, software, or infrastructure
- Procure, configure, and deploy new hardware and software for new hires
- Manage the IT asset register to track hardware and software accurately
- Set up and manage software subscriptions, usage tracking, and analytics
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and lead small-scale implementation projects
- Perform other tasks as directed to support business and tech operations
About You:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar IT support role within a high-growth environment
- You’re passionate about technology and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a logical approach to solving problems
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure/Entra and Google Workspace administration
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
- Exposure to security tools such as Crowdstrike
- Solid understanding of networking, mobile device management (MDM), and IT infrastructure
- Working knowledge of ITIL or other IT support frameworks
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working 4 days on-site in our London Office, with flexibility for occasional after-hours support
