We are looking for a senior PM to own one of three areas: the collector economy, inventory and trading, or the marketplace. Each is a meaningful surface with its own metrics, retention story, and engineering team. Day to day you will be deep in collector data, talking to power users, writing crisp specs, and shipping with a small dedicated squad. Less roadmap-theater, more product judgment. You will report to the head of product and work directly with founders on quarterly direction.
What you’ll do:
- Own the roadmap, metrics, and ship-rate for your product area
- Write specs that engineers and designers find clearer than the doc you read last
- Ship weekly with your squad and own outcomes, not output
- Partner with growth and lifecycle on activation and retention loops
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of product management on consumer products
- Track record of owning a meaningful area and moving its core metric
- Strong product instincts plus the data chops to back them up
- Crisp written communication — your specs should not need a meeting
- Comfortable working across design, engineering, and growth
Nice to have:
- Background in collectibles, gaming, or marketplace products
- Experience with virtual economies, trading, or in-app currencies
- Hybrid schedule — three days in our London office, two from home
- Generous stock option plan
- Private health, dental, and vision
- Annual learning budget
