This is a full-time, on-site Conveyancer role based in Daventry. The role involves managing residential conveyancing cases, including preparing legal documents, conducting property-related legal checks, and advising clients on legal matters. - Understanding of legal issues in property transactions, including compliance requirements.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage tasks efficiently under deadlines.
- A professional legal qualification (e.g., Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor) is highly desirable.
