This is a full-time, on-site Conveyancer role based in Daventry. The role involves managing residential conveyancing cases, including preparing legal documents, conducting property-related legal checks, and advising clients on legal matters.   • Experience in all types of residential conveyancing transactions including: sale, purchase, transfer of equity, remortgage, new builds, and equity release.
  • Fully proficient in both freehold and leasehold transactions.
  • Understanding of legal issues in property transactions, including compliance requirements.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage tasks efficiently under deadlines.
  • A professional legal qualification (e.g., Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor) is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
