Job Summary

The Global Head of Business Development & Partnerships leads the global partnership, alliance, and key account strategy to expand market access, strengthen brand positioning, and drive sustainable revenue growth through high-impact commercial partnerships and strategic customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the global partnership, alliance, and key account strategy to drive business growth and market expansion.
  • Identify and develop high-impact commercial partnerships that enhance brand positioning and generate sustainable revenue.
  • Manage strategic customer relationships to maximize long-term commercial performance and customer value.
  • Lead structured collaboration across regions to align partnership efforts and optimize joint business outcomes.

  • Leverage over 10 years of commercial experience in sales, marketing, or partner management to influence business decisions and strategies.
  • Develop and continuously refine the global partnership and alliance strategy aligned with the company's commercial objectives.

  • Translate corporate growth ambitions into a structured partnership roadmap.

  • Lead commercial negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with financial and strategic objectives.
  • Structure win-win commercial models that drive joint revenue generation.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of strategic partnerships with clear performance metrics.
  • Establish KPIs for partner-generated revenue, pipeline contribution and brand visibility.
  • Monitor and report partnership performance to the Board of Directors.
  • Drive continuous optimization of partner collaboration models.
  • Generate qualified leads and measurable revenue contribution through partner channels.
  • Support regional commercial teams in converting joint opportunities.
  • Ensure alignment between partnership strategy and regional commercial execution.
