Position Overview
As a Senior Probate Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in administering large and complex taxable testate and intestate estates. Your expertise will be invaluable in applying business property and agricultural property reliefs and calculating inheritance tax. You will also handle estate administrations for national charities and prepare wills and LPAs for elderly clients.
Responsibilities
- Administer complex taxable testate and intestate estates
- Calculate inheritance tax for estate administrations
- Manage estate administrations on behalf of national charities
- Prepare wills and lasting powers of attorney for elderly clients
- Supervise and mentor junior solicitors and paralegals
Requirements
