The Opportunity A leading international law firm is seeking a talented Project Finance Associate (2–6 PQE) to join its highly regarded and growing London team. This is an excellent opportunity to work at the forefront of the energy transition and global infrastructure development, advising on some of the most high-profile and complex project finance transactions worldwide. The Role You will advise sponsors, lenders, developers and financial institutions on a broad range of project finance matters, with a particular focus on: Renewable energy projects (including wind, solar, hydrogen and energy storage) Natural resources and energy Major infrastructure projects, both UK and international The work is intellectually challenging, genuinely international in scope, and often market-leading in terms of innovation and scale.
