Our client is seeking an experienced Insurance Associate to join their growing Insurance team in Bristol.
Position Overview
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of complex insurance matters, including high-value disputes, policy coverage issues, and advisory work for major insurers and brokers.
Responsibilities

  • Handle professional indemnity disputes across various sectors
  • Advise on financial lines, D&O, W&I, CAR, marine, reinsurance and cyber risks
  • Manage complex policy coverage matters for clients
  • Draft and advise on insurance agreements and claims handling
  • Deliver practical, commercial advice to London market and international clients

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 2+ PQE
  • Experience in insurance disputes, litigation/arbitration or advising insurers
  • Excellent case management, drafting, and client-facing skills
  • Sound judgement and strong interpersonal and project management abilities
  • Prior experience at a leading insurance or international law firm preferred
