The Role
A brilliant opportunity for a lawyer with significant experience of practising Environmental law within England and Wales has recently arisen in various locations across the UK. Within this market leading team, the successful candidate will work on high-profile and complex matters relating to climate change, sustainability, environmental and regulatory law. You will be joining one of the UK's largest Planning and Environmental teams, made up of elite specialists across major Real Estate, Infrastructure and Energy projects. You would be collaborating with these colleagues to advise on a broad spectrum of contentious and non-contentious environmental matters including net zero and carbon strategies, biodiversity, and regulatory frameworks. Additionally, you will be exposed to:
- High profile projects and transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors
- Complex contractual arrangements
- Enforcement matters and regulatory risk
