We are assisting a high-quality national Law firm who are looking to add a Senior Corporate Lawyer to their team in Sheffield.
You will be joining a well established team that has a clear growth strategy in place, together with excellent partners that are recognised by the Legal 500 as being leaders in their field. Assisting on a mix caseload, you will be involved in the whole range of corporate work, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholders’ agreements, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and private equity. The team sees this appointment as key to driving the next phase of its growth.
You will receive an extremely competitive salary with a full benefits package, with a clear path to progression in place from the outset.
