Position Overview

The Corporate Commercial Associate will play a key role in delivering exceptional legal services to the firm\’s diverse client base, working closely with the head of team on a range of complex corporate and commercial matters.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload of corporate and commercial matters
• Assist with mergers, acquisitions, and management buyouts
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients across various sectors
• Contribute to the firm\’s business development and marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with at least 1 year PQE
• Strong experience in corporate and commercial law
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Commercially astute with a keen eye for detail
• Enthusiastic team player with a proactive and client-focused approach
