Responsibilities
- Expertly navigate complex, high-value, international construction disputes.
- Leverage 1+ years' Post Qualifying Experience to provide superior advisory on behalf of contractors, sub-contractors, employers, owners and financiers, employing sharp problem-solving and negotiation skills in the face of competitive scenarios.
- Handle arbitrations subject to ICC, LCIA and SIAC institutional rules, in both a lead role and an ad hoc capacity.
- Actively participate in adjudication, litigation, mediation, and other forms of dispute resolution, showcasing your command of the UK and international legal landscapes.
Requirements
- Lawyers with over 1 year of post-qualification experience.
- Proven history of handling arbitration subject to ICC, LCIA and SIAC institutional rules; as well as on an ad hoc basis.
- Proficient in adjudication, litigation, mediation and other forms of dispute resolution – in the UK and internationally.
