Recently, this team has gone from strength to strength by making hires at all levels. They have attracted some of London\’s leading lawyers by offering top-quality work and a team culture that complements progression and development. As part of this expansion, they are looking to bring on someone with sound banking experience who can assist with large transactions and manage the banking aspects of larger corporate deals.

As part of this role you will be committed to maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a brilliant service to a client list that covers all areas of Banking & Finance. This is an excellent opportunity for Lawyers who are looking to continue working at a high level but also enjoy a healthy balance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with large transactions and manage the banking aspects of larger corporate deals.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years PQE in Banking & Finance (London)
• Sound banking experience with ability to handle large transactions
• Strong client relationship skills and a commitment to high-quality service
