Core Administrative Responsibilities
- Managing emails, calls, and booking enquiries
- Maintaining customer/VIP reservation records
- Preparing reports (sales, attendance, events)
- Data entry into systems (CRM / booking systems)
- Filing documents, contracts, and licenses
Front Desk & Customer Handling
- Handle guest reservations & table bookings
- Coordinate VIP guests and special requests
- Respond to WhatsApp / social media enquiries
- Support front-of-house staff during peak hours
Operations Support (Night Shift Coordination)
- Assist manager in daily operations planning
- Prepare staff schedules and duty rosters
- Coordinate with DJs, performers, and promoters
- Ensure all bookings are properly arranged
Finance & Reporting Tasks
- Daily sales reporting (cash / card / online)
- Invoice and payment tracking
- Expense recording
- Stock / inventory updates (bar supplies, etc.)
Licensing & Compliance Support
- Assist with liquor license & Public Entertainment Licence (PEL) records
- Maintain staff documents and work permits
- Ensure compliance with safety and operating regulations
Event & Marketing Coordination
- Coordinate event posters, guest lists, promotions
- Track event attendance and revenue
- Liaise with marketing teams or influencers
