As a key player in delivering high-quality service and validation for cleanrooms, containment facilities, fume cupboards, clean air devices, and minor air handling equipment, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring exceptional performance and compliance. Whether on-site or off-site, your contributions will directly impact client satisfaction, reinforce our reputation for excellence, and drive innovation in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

What will you do?

  • Investigate and solve problems clients may experience using CAT products and services and offer any on/off site assistance and advice in a professional manner.
  • Carry out minor repairs and basic servicing on air handling equipment.
  • Submit reports of all service visits and upload data promptly and in accordance with CAT specifications.
  • Ensuring completion of all contracted tasks and completion of all relevant paperwork and communication to the Admin team, inline with the current procedures via CATConnected (company portal).
  • Review client PPM (planned preventative maintenance) schedules and provide advice on where improvements can be made in testing methods or sequences.
  • Full responsibility for all assigned test kit/equipment to ensure timely calibration and notification of any issues in terms of functionality or required repairs.
  • Undertake all training, including those related to RoSPA accredited essential Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental issues.
