Lotus Cars builds world‑class, high‑performance and lightweight sports cars that are sold all around the world. Lotus Cars Limited is the manufacturing site of Lotus in the UK. We produce all sports‑car types such as the Emira and the Evija. To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a talented, creative and motivated individual to join us on our journey.

This role requires a commercially astute professional to lead the procurement activity for a defined direct material product group, working closely with our Engineering, Quality and Programme teams.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and promote the development of collaborative and world‑class supplier relationships.
  • Manage supplier performance through vehicle launch phases and current vehicle phases, ensuring that Quality, Cost and Delivery performance is maintained at all times.
  • Establish an in‑depth understanding of the supply base, local and global markets and the requirements of the business.
  • Develop and maintain commodity & sourcing strategies.
  • Lead supplier negotiations and ensure the delivery of material cost targets for new product introductions.
