We are growing rapidly and are looking to strengthen our Support team to ensure Moneybox remains known for supporting and delighting both existing and potential customers.
We aim to go above and beyond to ensure using the service is a great experience.
What you'll do
- Interacting with current and potential customers through Intercom and phone to address queries.
- Collaborating with the Operations and Compliance team to ensure a great customer experience.
- Working with the Product team to continually improve the customer experience.
- Looking for ways to go beyond to make customers happy.
- Raising awareness of our mortgage advice service to assist customers on their home-buying journey.

Working days: Five days per week with weekend rotas.
Shifts rotate: Core 9:00–17:30, Late 10:00–18:30 (off-peak), 11:30–20:00 (peak).
Additional overtime is available.

Experience and skills
- Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable on the phone with customers.
- Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
- Experience working to metrics in a contact centre environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; a high-output do-er in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, identify patterns, and work independently.
- Bonus: explain in the introduction email why Moneybox is exciting and why you are a great candidate.
- Direct experience with Intercom is a plus.
