Our goal is to ensure that nobody faces life’s toughest challenges alone. We are the official charity of Global, Europe’s largest commercial radio company and one of the leading media and entertainment groups in the UK, home to some of the nation’s best-loved brands including Heart, Capital, Classic FM, Radio X, Smooth Radio and LBC, alongside podcasts, digital and Outdoor platforms.

Salary: Guide salary: circa £26k-£28k depending upon experience.

Your New Role:

This role sits at the unique intersection of media and charity, helping to deliver high-profile fundraising partnerships across Global’s network - including some of the UK’s biggest radio brands such as Heart, Capital, Classic FM, Radio X, Smooth Radio and LBC, alongside podcasts, digital and Outdoor platforms. Working with leading brands, internal teams and on-air talent, you’ll support the development and delivery of partnerships and campaigns for Global’s Make Some Noise. You’ll also independently manage a portfolio of Charity of the Year and smaller corporate partners operating at both national and local level, helping to grow fundraising income and deliver excellent partner experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Development & New Business (40%): Proactively help drive the identification and development of new corporate partnerships that generate fundraising income through sponsorships and campaigns. You’ll contribute to prospect research, outreach activity, partnership proposals and pitch materials, while helping to build and manage pipelines aligned to key campaigns such as Make Some Noise Day.
  • Partnership Management & Campaign Delivery (40%): Manage a portfolio of Charity of the Year and smaller corporate partners, building strong relationships and ensuring an excellent partner experience. You’ll coordinate campaign activity and partner engagement opportunities including fundraising activations, events and volunteering activity, while working closely with internal teams including Campaigns, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Commercial to ensure all activity is delivered smoothly and on time.
  • Reporting, Administration & Stewardship (20%): Support the delivery of integrated campaigns across Global’s radio, digital, outdoor and talent platforms. You’ll maintain accurate partnership records and pipeline updates, manage income tracking and reporting, produce campaign wrap reports and case studies, and help ensure stewardship activity is delivered to a high standard.

What You’ll Love About This Role:

  • Think Big: Work with leading brands and Global’s iconic stations to support high-impact fundraising partnerships.
  • Own It: Take responsibility for your own portfolio of partners while playing an active role in campaign delivery from proposal stage through to reporting.
  • Keep it Simple: Help turn partnership briefs into clear and engaging campaign solutions that deliver value for both brands and charitable causes.
  • Better Together: Collaborate across Global’s teams and talent network to deliver standout campaigns that reach millions of listeners and supporters.

What Success Looks Like:

In your first few months, you’ll have:

  • Built a strong understanding of Global’s media platforms and partnership opportunities.
  • Developed positive relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Successfully supported the management and delivery of partnership campaigns across multiple Global platforms.
  • Contributed to new business activity through research, outreach and proposals.
  • Demonstrated strong organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

What You’ll Need:
