About the Role

Are you a creative communicator with a passion for campaigns that make an impact? We're looking for a Marketing Communications and Campaigns Manager to join our marketing team at Würth. In this varied and hands‑on role, you'll shape how we communicate — both inside the business and out. From optimising our internal communication platforms and crafting compelling copy, to designing multi‑channel campaigns for our largest customers and bringing memorable events to life, no two days will be the same.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Internal Communications & Copywriting
    • Continuously improve our internal communication platforms (intranet and company internet), making them more efficient and user‑friendly.
    • Write and edit engaging content for a range of audiences, in close coordination with stakeholders.
    • Identify the right content, channels, and target audiences — and prepare content for distribution.
    • Introduce new technologies and tools that enhance how we communicate.
    • Regularly analyse and evaluate channel effectiveness to keep improving.
  • Multi‑Channel & Key Account Marketing
    • Develop, co‑design, and execute marketing campaigns for large customers (Key Accounts) across all Divisions, aligned to divisional segments and application focuses.
    • Contribute to the corporate marketing plan — from goal setting and concept creation to measures, synergies, and KPI follow‑up.
    • Collaborate closely with Divisions, E‑Business, Sales (including KAM), and Media Design.
    • Support the marketing management team on image campaigns, sponsorship engagements, and branding initiatives.
    • Build and maintain our LinkedIn presence, creating content that resonates with key accounts and large customers.
  • Event Conception & Execution
    • Plan and deliver events end‑to‑end with stakeholders — from "Save the Date" to the photo gallery.
    • Define project plans, timelines, responsibilities, and KPIs to measure success.
    • Coordinate internal promotion with the MD office and external promotion with DMMs, Sales, and the Trade Store team.
    • Track budgets throughout the planning process and keep events on target.
    • Monitor event trends (technology, sustainability, participant management) and bring innovative ideas to the table.
    • Run post‑event evaluations to capture learnings and improve future events.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in marketing communications, campaign management, or a similar role.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and channels.
  • Experience planning and executing multi‑channel campaigns, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Strong project management skills — comfortable juggling timelines, budgets, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Confidence working cross‑functionally with sales, divisional, and creative teams.
  • A data‑driven mindset: you measure what works, learn, and optimise.
  • Experience with event planning and execution is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn content creation and B2B social media marketing.

What We Offer

  • A varied role with real ownership across internal comms, campaigns, and events.
  • Close collaboration with teams across the whole business.
  • The opportunity to shape marketing for some of our most important customer relationships.
  • 23 days holiday increasing to 28 days per annum with length of service.
  • Auto enrollment Pension scheme.
  • Health cash plan.
