We are currently recruiting for a Head of Sales to join a growing and ambitious business operating within the foreign exchange sector. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue, improving sales performance, and building a high‑performing, results‑driven sales function. Reporting directly to the Chairman, you will take full ownership of the Sales Department, leading both Sales and Dealer teams to deliver ambitious growth targets. This opportunity would suit an experienced FX sales leader who is both strategic and hands‑on, with a proven track record of improving performance, driving accountability and delivering consistent revenue growth.

In particular, you will:

  • Lead and manage the Sales Department, including Sales Managers, Executives, Business Development staff, and Dealers
  • Take full ownership of sales performance, revenue delivery and target achievement
  • Develop and implement sales strategy to support ambitious business growth
  • Build and maintain a high‑performance, results‑oriented sales culture
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting and CRM discipline across the sales function
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, KPIs, risks and opportunities
  • Drive improvements in client acquisition, retention and revenue quality
  • Lead performance management across the team, including addressing underperformance
  • Ensure strong collaboration between Sales and Dealer teams
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders, including the Chairman and wider leadership team
  • Ensure all activity operates within regulatory and compliance requirements

Who we are looking for:

  • Proven experience leading sales teams within the FX sector
  • Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and hitting ambitious targets
  • Experience managing both salespeople and Dealers in a regulated environment
  • Strong understanding of FX products, market dynamics and client needs
  • Experience managing pipeline, forecasting and CRM systems
  • Ability to drive performance, manage underperformance and build accountability
  • Commercially focused with strong leadership presence
  • Confident working at senior level and influencing key stakeholders
  • Hands‑on, results‑driven and comfortable in a target‑driven environment
