We are looking for a hands-on, logistics-biased Warehouse Manager to lead our distribution hub. This isn’t just about moving boxes; you will be the technical lead for our SAP ECC system and the expert on global trade compliance. You will lead a dedicated team of four, ensuring our banknote processing machines and mission-critical spare parts reach global clients on time and within regulation.

Key Responsibilities

  • SAP ECC Expert: Take full ownership of the Warehouse and Materials modules in SAP ECC. You will ensure data integrity, stock accuracy, and streamlined digital workflows.
  • Global Logistics Lead: Manage the end-to-end shipping process. This includes standard permanent exports and complex Temporary Exports (ATA Carnets/OPR/IPR) for machines going to trials or repairs.
  • Trade Compliance: Navigate customs hurdles, tariff classifications, and international shipping documentation to prevent delays at the border.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and schedule a warehouse team of 4. Foster a culture of precision, safety, and efficiency.
  • Staff Supervision & Development: Train, mentor, schedule, and evaluate warehouse staff performance to maintain high productivity.
  • High-Value Inventory: Oversee the secure storage and specialist handling of sensitive banknote processing equipment.
  • System and Documentation Management: Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory, document shipments, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

What You’ll Need

  • Experience: A solid background in Warehouse Management with a heavy bias toward international logistics and freight.
  • Systems: Advanced proficiency in SAP ECC is similar with full understanding of Material master data and Purchasing functions.
  • Trade Knowledge: Deep understanding of Import/Export procedures, specifically the nuances of temporary export regimes.
  • Leadership: Strong ability to motivate teams and manage staff scheduling.
  • Detail: A "right first time" attitude—crucial when dealing with high-value machinery and customs paperwork.
  • Organization: Excellent, detailed inventory management and space planning skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with WMS or ERP systems.
