The Role

As a Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in delivering senior-level search assignments across Europe. From day one, you’ll gain exposure to the full search lifecycle, including:

  • Attending client briefings and contributing to search strategy
  • Conducting in-depth market mapping & competitor analysis
  • Identifying and engaging senior, high-impact talent
  • Producing market intelligence and strategic insights reports for clients and the internal team
  • Supporting on candidate interviews and client meetings
  • Working on retained searches (£25K–£100K fees)

You’ll support a consultant managing 8–10 live mandates, offering steep learning curves and early responsibility.
