They advise hedge funds, asset managers, investment banks, and boutique advisory firms on attracting exceptional talent across investment research, trading, distribution, economics, and quantitative analytics.

They are currently hiring five ambitious graduates to join their high-performing team as Graduate Recruitment Consultants. This is a 360 recruitment role, meaning you will be responsible for both candidate sourcing and client development—from building relationships with the most talented people in the market to advising top-tier financial firms on their hiring strategies. What You’ll Do:

  • Source and headhunt high-calibre candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, market mapping, and strategic research
  • Build relationships with candidates—understand their ambitions, motivations, and market value
  • Pitch and win new business—develop long-term partnerships with leading financial institutions
  • Advise clients on market trends, hiring strategy, and candidate fit
  • Own the full recruitment cycle—from initial brief to offer negotiation and post-placement care
  • Collaborate with a team of expert consultants and contribute to shared success
