This is a perfect opportunity for a 2025 Graduate who has taken time out since graduating this summer, and is now focused on starting their long term corporate career in early 2026. The role of a graduate consultant is to work with the Executive Teams who recruit for some of the most confidential, highly skilled and niche skill set roles within the finance sector, to help them identify talent and place sought after candidates into their clients' organisations.
To succeed in this role you must be:
- Confident and well presented
- Have exceptional research and analysis skills
- Able to communicate in person with stakeholders at any level
- Have excellent academics AND extra curricular achievements
- A strong understanding of what a career in Executive search involves and be able to articulate why it interests you
Based in London or within a 1 hour commute. Able to start in January 2026.
