If you are an intelligent, ambitious, curious and confident recent graduate seeking a career that is faster paced, and more financially rewarding than the traditional graduate schemes, this is it.

My client is a specialist recruitment consultancy operating in one of the most intellectually demanding, high-stakes sectors. They advise hedge funds, asset managers, investment banks, and boutique advisory firms on attracting exceptional talent across investment research, trading, distribution, economics, and quantitative analytics.

The Role:

  • Location: London Bridge
  • Sector: Finance
  • Base Salary: ÂŁ30,000 + uncapped commission

Please Note: Candidates on graduate visas or requiring sponsorship cannot be considered for this role.

They are currently hiring five ambitious graduates to join their high-performing team as Graduate Recruitment Consultants. This is a 360 recruitment role, meaning you will be responsible for both candidate sourcing and client development—from building relationships with the most talented people in the market to advising top-tier financial firms on their hiring strategies.

If you are commercially driven, curious about global finance, and hungry for a meritocratic environment where results are rewarded fast—this could be the start of a highly lucrative career.

What You’ll Do:

  • Source and headhunt high-calibre candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, market mapping, and strategic research
  • Build relationships with candidates—understand their ambitions, motivations, and market value
  • Pitch and win new business—develop long-term partnerships with leading financial institutions
  • Advise clients on market trends, hiring strategy, and candidate fit
  • Own the full recruitment cycle—from initial brief to offer negotiation and post-placement care
  • Collaborate with a team of expert consultants and contribute to shared success

The ideal candidate:

  • A recent graduate (any discipline) with a 2:1 or above
  • Strong communication skills—articulate, confident, and persuasive
  • Highly financially motivated—you want your earnings to reflect your effort and success
  • Resilient under pressure—able to navigate highs and lows with professionalism
  • Competitive and goal-oriented—you thrive on outperforming targets
  • Commercially aware—interested in business, finance, and global market trends
  • Organised and self-starting—with the drive to take ownership of your desk from day one

Why This Role?

  • Uncapped Commission: Sky’s the limit—your earnings are tied to your success
  • Elite Clients: Work with globally recognised hedge funds, banks, and asset managers
  • Training & Mentorship: Learn from senior consultants and receive structured professional development
  • Career Progression: Fast-track promotion path based on merit, not tenure
  • Collaborative Culture: No ego, no politics—just smart, driven people doing great work together
  • Exciting Sector: Financial markets are dynamic, global, and constantly evolving—so is your day-to-day work

All training will be provided for the job. The last cohort of graduates to join this business are about to hit their ÂŁ1 million in revenue milestones, so you will be under the mentorship of very successful colleagues who have been through the journey themselves.

The interview process is thorough and challenging; only the most ambitious, intelligent, motivated and curious candidates will be advanced. Professional experience is not necessary, but internships and corporate exposure are highly beneficial.

Start date: September

Base Salary: ÂŁ30,000

London, 5 days in office, reduced to 4 days in 1 from home after probation.
