The Role
They are currently hiring 4 Associate Consultants to join their high-performing team. This is a 360 recruitment role, meaning you'll be responsible for both candidate sourcing and client development, from building relationships with the most talented people in the market to advising top-tier financial firms on their hiring strategies. What You’ll Do
- Source and headhunt high-calibre candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, market mapping, and strategic research, and cold headhunting outreach.
- Build relationships with candidates, understand their ambitions, motivations, and market value and become a trusted advisor in the career search.
- Pitch and win new business, develop long-term partnerships with leading financial institutions and pitch the business's service and negotiate terms of business.
- Advise clients on market trends, hiring strategy, and candidate fit.
- Own the full recruitment cycle, from lead generation to pitching for new business, taking the initial brief to offer negotiation and post-placement care.
- Collaborate with a team of expert consultants and contribute to shared success.

- A recent graduate (any discipline) with a 2:1 or above.
