This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced delivery consultant, with a minimum of 18 months experience delivering into technical roles, to join this close knit, high performing team in London where you will have multiple high commitment high value roles to work on across their established accounts from Day 1.
This business has been a strong presence on the tech recruitment scene since it launched 12 years ago. Unlike many businesses who focus on rapid headcount growth, often at the detriment to their staff and quality of business, my client are strategically small, meaning everyone is seen, rewarded and given huge opportunity for earning potential and career growth.
There is currently a team of 6, who have an abundance of roles across a variety of long-standing accounts, with more roles being won weekly. This role has no BD required; it is pure focus on high quality delivery across a spectrum of interesting tech roles including DevOps, Infrastructure, Cloud and more.
Growth and earning opportunity:
Working alongside another Delivery consultant you will have an abundance of work from day 1, and close mentorship from senior team members to ensure you feel supported and informed to perform to the best of your ability.
- Writing and posting engaging job adverts across platforms
- Searching for candidates using databases, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools
- Proactively headhunting and networking to find passive candidates
- Building and maintaining talent pools for future opportunities
- Conducting initial candidate phone/video screenings to assess skills, experience, and motivations
- Preparing candidates for interviews, providing tips and insights on company culture and expectations
- Managing the candidate journey through the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience
- Supporting the recruitment team with market intelligence and candidate feedback
5 years in a Delivery Consultant or Resourcer position, 180 or 270 with a proven track record of delivering into technical roles by running water tight processes and able to share a breakdown of your last years recruitment results.
