My client is a leading London-based search and contingent recruitment firm that has built a reputation as one of the market’s most trusted names in front-office finance recruitment. In under 10 years, the company has partnered with many of the world’s top investment banks, private markets investors and advisory boutiques, delivering retained and contingent searches across Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Credit, ESG and Investor Relations.
They have secured the reputation as one of the leading disruptors in front office recruitment due their ability to work with pace, creativity and agility. Winning legacy relationships from old firms due to their proven ability to deliver to exceptional standards.
Their success is driven by precision, transparency and deep market expertise. With over 95% of placements remaining after the first year, the firm is recognised for building relationships that last.
